NU HAR STÄMPELKÄLLAN ÖPPNAT!!! Är det någon som har missat det? Gå genast dit och kollan in alla läckra stämplar som nu finns att köpa (särskilt mina då förstås… ).

Karin fyller år idag och självklart ska hon ha ett kort! Nu hoppas jag att kortet har kommit fram idag… Paketet får hon nästa vecka när vi åker hem till Varberg och hälsar på en sväng, så hon får tåla sig tills dess. Ett ganska så enkelt kort blev det, med lite blommor, lite punchinella och en hattnål. Ett brett svart organzaband med en tjusig rosett fick jag plats med också. Motivet kommer från KennyK- mina absoluta favorit digis för tillfället, och han har sedan igår en ny freebie ute.

Karin’s birthday is today, and of course she gets a card! I’m hoping that it did arrive today… She’ll have to wait until next week to get her gift, when we are going home to Varberg to visit a bit. It’s a pretty simple card with some flowers, some punchinella, and a pin. I also fitted a broad black organza ribbon, with a fancy bow. The image is from KennyK- my absolute favourite digi stamp-maker at the moment, and since yesterday he’s got a new freebie out.

På insidan använde jag en distressdyna (brushed corderoy) för att färga in alla kanter och sedan stämplade jag med en lite grunge-ig, swirlig stämpel från Rico designs.

On the inside I used a distress pad (brushed corderoy) to ink all the edges, and then I stamped with a grungy, swirly stamp from Rico designs.

Ja just det, lilla textstämpeln kommer från Whiff of Joy och jag måste bara få tipsa er; Whiff of Joy har precis släppt sitt första pappersblock, ett litet 6×6 tums-block med julmotiv och det har de sötaste pingviner och pepparkaksgubbar man kan tänka sig! Urgulligt! Vill ha!!!

Oh, yeah, the small sentiment is from Whiff of Joy, and I just have to give you a tip, they just released their first paper pad, a small 6×6″ with winter papers, and they have the cutest little penguins and gingerbread men that you can imagine! Sooo CUTE! Me want!!!

Som jag sa, jag har ett kort till att visa. Den här gången med balettjejen, men innan jag gör det, lite nyheter! (Plötsligt känner jag mig som James May från TopGear; ”Now let’s do the news!” Fast med snyggare hår… )

As I said, I have another card to show you. This one with the balletgirl, but before I do that, some news! (Suddenly I feel like James May from TopGear; ”Now let’s do the news!” But with better hair… )

Nu i dagarna kommer Stämpelkällan äntligen att öppna och då kommer ni att se alla härliga stämplar Anna och Annika har fått ihop! Men redan nu kan ni gå in på Stämpelkällans inspirationsblogg och kolla på alla härliga alster som DT-gänget har skapat. Now for some pics of my card!

Den här gången har jag verkligen öst på med blommor och dekorationer… Jag tänkte att den skulle platsa i utmaningen hos Wild Orchid Challenge, temat är ”Make it sparkle” och om inte det här kortet gnistrar med alla stenar och allt glitter, då vet jag inte… Band (jag älskar det här bandet, det ser så mumsigt ut…) och papper kommer från Panduro (Tilda collection), rosorna och pärldekorationen på bandet är från Wild Orchid Crafts. Trollsländorna har jag haft i flera år, och jag har ingen aning om var de kommer från längre… Stenarna köpte jag i en hobbyaffär i Berlin för ett par år sedan.

This time I’ve really put heaps of flowers and decorations on there… I was making it for the challenge at Wild Orchid Challenge, the theme is ”Make it sparkle”, and if this card does not sparkle, I don’t know what does… Ribbon (I love this ribbon, it looks so juicy) and paper is from Panduro (Tilda collection), the roses and the ribbonslider is from Wild Orchid Crafts. The ehhh… eehhh… Geez, I lost the word! …flying thingys I’ve had for years, so I have no Idea where I got them anymore. The rhinestone flowers I got at a hobbyshop in Berlin a couple of years ago.

Jenny Pysselgalen fyllde år i söndags och vi var bjudna till henne på lite grillning! Så klart man har ett kort med sig, när det är det vi gör liksom…

Jenny had her birthday last Sunday, and we were invited for some barbeque! Naturally we brought a card, since that’s what we do…

Motivet är en av Kenny K’s digisar, jag tycker de är jättehärliga… Han har dessutom en freebie varje månad, så titta in där och ladda ner hotdogen innan den försvinner vid månadens slut och det kommer en ny.

The image is from Kenny K, I think they’re great… He has a freebie each month, so stop by and get the hotdog for august before it disappears at the end of the month.

Annars är kortet (med undantag av blommorna) lite av ett budgetkort. Rött och brunt cardstock är överblivna rester, de mönstrade papprena är gratispapper från en tidning, det rödrosa bandet (som dessutom lite överraskand var tejp på baksidan på) är från Panduro-outleten i Ullared osv… Jag har belagt mig själv med shoppingförbud. Jag har så mycket papper och band och … prylar, så jag får inte köpa nya saker nu förrän jag har använt minst hälften tror jag. Med undantag av dubbelhäftande tejp. Och möjligtvis julpapper… Ja, just det, jag följde en skiss på Cute Card Thursday för det här kortet också, så där ska jag vara med!

Otherwise the card is a bit of a budgetcard. The red and brown CS are leftovers and the patterned paper was free with a magazine. The ribbon was bought at the Panduro outlet in Ullared and so on… I decided that I’m not allowed to shop any more until I’ve used at least half of my stash. I have so much stuff! With the exception of double sided tape. And possible christmas papers… Oh yeah, that’s right… I followed a sketch over at Cute Card Thursday for this card, so I’m entering it there!

En kompis har en liten släkting som ska döpas på lördag, och hon bad mig göra ett kort. Jag passade på att passa in det till ett par utmaningar. Jag har följt skissen på A Spoonfull of Sugar och på Wild Orchid Challenge är temat ”One for the Girls”. Den söta stämpeln med nallen kommer från Lili of the Valley, alla blommor och även sidenbandet kommer från Wild Orchid Crafts.

A friend has a small relative that is getting christened on Saturday, and she asked me to make a card. I followed the sketch at A Spoonfull of Sugar and at Wild Orchid Challenge the theme is ”One for the Girls”. The cute teddybear stamp is from Lili of the Valley, and all the flowers and also the ribbon is from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Just Magnolias

Jag letade reda på mina Magnolior från förra årets sommar-kit, som har legat bortglömda och nästan helt oanvända. Här har jag använt inte mindre än fyra stämplar från det kitet. Tilda med glassen, staketet och blommorna har jag maskat ihop och texten är också en Magnolia-stämpel. Jag har blommat på ordentligt (för att vara jag i alla fall) med blommor från Wild Orchid Crafts och använt en glitterpenna för att få lite bling på de stämplade blommorna och texten. Målat med Copics förstås.

I decided to use some of my Magnolias from last years summer-kit, that I have almost forgotten that I had, and they’re practically unused. I’ve used no less then four of them on this card. Tinlda with icecream, the fence and the flowers are masked together and the sentiment is also from Magnolia. I’ve used tons of flowers (for me this is tons) from Wild Orchid Crafts and used a glitterpen to give the stamped flowers and the sentiment a bit of flair. Coloured with Copics of course.

Jag har följt skissen hos Just Magnolia, och jag har även spets på kortet, och utmaningen hos Wild Orchid Challenge var just att ha med spets, så där tänkte jag också vara med.

I followed the sketch at Just Magnolia, and since I’ve used lace I’m going to enter this at Wild Orchid Challenge as well.

hos Rachel (papercrafts by Rach). Hon lottar ut två saker, den ena är två paket av papper; vitt papper att använda till motiv, perfekt till Copics säger hon. Det andra är ett set med hÄnglastämplar.

Candyn håller på tills i morgon, onsdagen den 4:e augusti!

Sune har varit på sjukhus ett tag och ska få åka hem på måndag om allt går bra. Han ville ha ett tackkort till personalen som har tagit hand om honom, och naturligtvis fixade jag det. Bilderna kommer från en sida på nätet som har målarboksbilder: Edupics.

Sune has spent some time at the hospital and is beeing released on Monday if everything works out ok. He wanted a thank you card for tha staff that took great care of him, and of course I got on it right away. The images is from a page that has online colouringbooks: Edupics.

Naturligtvis färglade jag med mina Copics.

Of course I used my Copics to colour the images.
